Welcome to my personal web turf! With over two billion pages on the web at present, I'm delighted you found me, and hope your visit will be worthwhile.

This is primarily an information site, and is divided into a number of different sections where I discuss the many aspects of an effective web site. I've grown tired of the traditional underlined blue link, so you'll find all links on this particular site to be plain text which changes color when you roll your mouse over them.

First, let me explain that you're on Personal, not Corporate web turf. That's why I have my picture above, and not a company logo. I deal one-on-one with my clients, do all the critical programming myself, and don't hire part-time college kids as "web designers" as do most of the large "Design Companies". Also, I personally manage my servers and have full server control. I don't have to wait hours or days for a response to a request to an outside hosting company.

BEWARE THE DARK SIDE OF THE WEB
This section is where I wail against the army of amateurs posing as web designers and warn you about the futility of trying to compete in such a crowded internet environment with anything less than a first class presence. Seems today everyone with some "quicke instant web site" software thinks he a web designer. The number of people who were sold a Brooklyn Bridge web design and now want me to fix it are frankly getting depressing.
