HISTORY
| Our store has been the site of continuous commercial operation in Whiting since the 1830's. For over 150 years is was a general store, and we have retained all of the original cabinets and shelves still left from its earlier days. Our recent improvements to the space were carefully executed by our master contractor, Robert Ekstrom, to blend in with the original surroundings. From a cold, dark store room, we have created a warm and lovely gallery space with gorgeous views of the Green Mountains, complete with comfortable seating and tables. Here, you can enjoy the works of our current artists with tea, coffee, scones - and your book selection. |

Bulwagga Books & Gallery is an accessible used book store with 10,000 volumes of classic and scholarly literature and non-fiction. Our goal is to buy and sell "Fine used books in good condition at fair prices." Here is a selection of our categories and books - please call for prices and availability - 802-623-6800. |
